Breakfast: Oatmeal(1/8 cup of mixed nuts and berries and 2tsp brown sugar), coffee(2tbs creamer and soy milk)
Lunch: Sandwich(turkey, lite cheese, mustard and lettuce w/ 3 chips in it for crunch)
Diet Rootbeer

Snack: handful of almonds and tangelo

4 buffalo wings minus the skin

Dinner: Veggie Lasagna, slice of sourdough bread, milk, 2 spoonfulls of cookie dough

72 oz water

30 min on elliptical
