Breakfast:Coffee and mini shredded wheats
Lunch: Turkey sandwich w/ cheese and carrots w/ 2 tbs of light blue cheese dressing, soda
Snack: handful of almonds and arnold palmer (green tea w/ crystal light )
Dinner Ceaser Salad and 3 pieces of pizza

72 oz water and 30 min elliptical and 30 min weights
