Hello

So it is 2010....my GOD! That is crazy to write-I wonder how long it will take to remember to write 2010 instead of 2o09. I have a list of New Years resolutions a mile long but one of my biggest ones is to lose some weight once and for all. I have decided to blog my weight loss journey: my weight, my exercise and my food choices. We shall see how this goes. My first menu for 2010 and the journey is a follows:

Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Salad
Smoothies

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Tomato Soup (Trader Joe's)
Fruit Salad

Homemade Pepperoni , Olives and Mushroom Pizza(Trader Joes Whole Wheat Crust)
Ceaser Salad

Boneless Buffalo "Wings"
Pineapple and Orange Salad

Slow Cooker Veggie Minestrone Soup
Salad
Crusty Bread


Sunday Food

Breakfast: Apple Muffin
Snack: Gummie Snacks
Lunch: Smoothie
Snack Gummie Snacks and Skinny Vanilla Latte
Dinner: Taco with Beans and glass of wine
Dessert: Slice of Homemade Mud Pie
