I made a Starbucks Carmel Machiato for breakfast this morning! It actually really tasted like the real one, but I didn't add as much caramel....watching my sugars. I used this cool gadget to get foam on my milk. YUM!!!!! I followed this recipe. I don't have an espresso machine but I do have Starbucks instant coffee-VIA so I used that. It worked perfectly!!!
Breakfast: Coffee and 1 c mini-shredded wheat
Lunch: Subway 6 inch Turkey w/ Swiss cheese, avocado, honey mustard and veggies
Baked Lays
Snack: Yogurt and banana
Dinner: Meatloaf, 1/2 baked potatoe w/ cheese, bowl of cauliflower soup
72 oz water
