Yesterdays Meals

Breakfast: Homemade Carmel Machiato,

Lunch: Smoothie( 1 c plain yogurt, 1 c fruit, 1 tbs agave syrup, 1 oz protein powder) lite string cheese

Snack: 2 rolls, string cheese and handful of almonds

Dinner: 2 pieces of pizza, salad and cup of Golden Spoon with Reece's Pieces


Today

Breakfast: Carmel Machiato, 1 c mini shredded wheats
Snack: Fruit Snacks
Lunch: Quesedilla w/ avocado, 4 handfuls of Muddie Buddies, water
Snack: Smoothie ( 1 c soy milk, fruit, 1 spoonful protein powder)
Dinner: Cauliflower soup, slice of bread, 3 crispy shrimp, banana slices
Dessert: 2 choco chip cookies, 2 spoonfuls of dough :( Bad Girl KT!!!!!!

30 min elliptical, 30 min weights

72 + oz water
